Instead of embedding the videos directly into the email,
images linked directly to webpages where the video is hosted have been proven
to help to increase overall clickthrough rates by two to three times. This not
only helps to increase clicks in an email but also drives more traffic to the
website where users are more inclined to ultimately convert.
